We are pleased to say we ship hundreds of artworks all around the world each year to private customers and to some of the largest art galleries across the UK. Our continued relationship with these large prestigious galleries over the years is in itself a testament to our service and attention. We pride ourselves in looking after our customers and we are only one phone call away if you have an issue. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any non-customised artwork purchased from our online shop or studios at your own cost within 7 days of receiving it and get a full refund. Alternatively, you may exchange the artwork for another one. For obvious reasons, specially customised products cannot be returned unless Keith Drury Art has clearly failed to follow your instructions with respect to the personalisation of your artwork, or unless it requires re-framing due to damage caused in transit by our courier service.

Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it, and preferably still be in the original packaging. Please be aware that handling, rolling and packing art should be undertaken very carefully as the paper can crease if it is not rolled correctly which often results in damage. Please retain your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Artworks can occasionally be damaged in transit and if the artwork you received is damaged in any way, please send us a photograph of the damage along with the packaging, and we will dispatch a replacement piece. On such occasions, we will bear the cost of returning the damaged item.
