Returns Policy

We are pleased to say we ship hundreds of artworks all round the world each year to private customers and to some of the largest art galleries in the UK. Our continued relationship with these large prestigious galleries over the years is in itself a testament to our service and attention. We pride ourselves in looking after our customers and we are only one phone call away if you have an issue. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product at your own cost and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. (In the last five years not one artwork has ever been returned on account of dissatisfaction with the product.) You can return a non-customised product within 7 days from the date you purchased it, and/or give us written notification along with the reason why you will be returning the artwork within 7 days of first receiving your item. Customised products cannot be returned unless Keith Drury Art has clearly failed to follow your directions in the personalisation of your artwork. However, we are pleased to say that we have only ever had one return in the last four years and that was because the courier stood on the postal tube to flatten it and then fed it through a letter box. We no longer use that courier.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and preferably in the original packaging. Please be aware that the handling and rolling and packing of art should be undertaken very carefully as the paper can crease if not rolled correctly or become damaged in transit. Please retain your receipt or other proof of purchase from Keith Drury Art.

Artworks can occasionally be damaged in transit and if the artwork you received is damaged in any way so it is unsuitable for purpose, please send us a photograph of the damage along with the packaging and we will immediately dispatch a replacement piece. In such occasions, we will not generally ask you to return the artwork, unless we require it for insurance purposes, and if so, we will bear the cost of returning the item.
